Smoothie: Morning Dew

Never tried the smoothie below, however the “Morning Dew” beverage looks delicious. Try the recipe yourself.

2 dl fruit yoghurt with cloudberries
1 orange
1 peach
1/2 banana
10 leaves of fresh mint
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 ts sunflower seeds

Pour the yoghurt in a blender/food processor. Chop the fruits in bits and add it to the blender together with ice cubes, mint and sunflower seeds. Let it be in the blender for about 40 seconds, or till everything is smooth. Serves two people. Recipe and image from gladimat.no.
