My current read is a book about the history of costume and fashion. A pleasant and informative read. Sometimes you have to go back in order to understand the present.
The Gold Label AW13/14 from Vivienne Westwood does exactly that. Mixing historical influences.

What is your opinion about The Gold Label AW13/14?
Love! She always puts on SUCH a show. I feel like the amazing showmanship of the greats is lost of the new generation of designers. Love the volumn & drama of the silhouettes and the hair & makeup is amazing! I can’t wait to see how that’s translated to the streets.
Her philosophy is evident in each outfit. We´ll have to wait
